Payment & invoice

You can pay with VISA, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, American Express, iDeal, PayPal, ShopPay and more.

When you pay for your purchase, it happens with an encrypted connection via Shopify Payments, and you can be sure that your information is in safe hands.

Once you have completed the payment, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. If you need an invoice, just write to info@plakatkunst.dk.

You will be notified when your order has been dispatched, and only then will we collect the payment from your account.

DELIVERY & RETURN

Delivery

We ship world wide, and the delivery time depends on your location. We strive to deliver within the European Union within 7 working days, and within 14 days outside the EU.

Standard frames to a parcel rarely takes a week to arrive, while frames with special dimensions and home delivery will take longer.

We send frames with GLS up to 70x100 within the EU. Larger frames and shipments outside the EU are handled by DHL. Posters are shipped with UPS across the globe within a couple of days.

Shipping costs depend on your order and location. You can see the exact shipping costs during checkout.

Right of return

You have a 100-day right of return on all products purchased in our webshop except for custom made products (which can´t be returned) and lithographs (14 days right of return).

If you wish to return, simply contact us by e-mail - info@plakatkunst.dk - after which we will send you a return label. The product must be returned in the same condition as it was received. The return costs are offset against the refund.
