Glass

You can choose between four different types of glass: Acrylic glass (also called Plexiglas, the most durable), normal glass, non-reflective glass and museum glass, which provides optimal protection against UV rays, and thus preserves the colors of the poster optimally. When the foil is removed from the acrylic glass, it is as clear as normal glass. Non-reflective glass is more matte, but significantly limits glare, with which the poster will be most obvious in the non-reflective glass.

Passepartout / Mat / Mount

Consider whether you want to frame your poster with a passepartout, which is a frame of 1.5 mm acid-free cardboard.

For our 50x70 wooden frames, we offer white passepartout which fits the poster sizes 40x50 cm and 30x40 cm. The hole size will be 1 cm smaller than the intended poster, so that there is room to attach the poster to the back of the passepartout.

If you need a different hole size or color, you must buy a custom-made passepartout.

If your poster has the size 50x70 cm and you want it framed with passepartout, then you must choose a 60x80 frame or 70x100 frame with passepartout. However, we do not sell our colored frames in a larger format than 50x70 cm online.
