Glass
You can choose between four different types of glass for the oak frame. Acrylic glass (also called plexiglass) does not shatter, weighs much less and is just as clear as normal glass, once you have removed the protective film that comes with the glass. In addition, we offer three types of real glass: normal glass, non-reflective glass and museum glass, which provide the optimal protection against UV rays, thus optimally preserving the colors of the poster. The non-reflective glass is slightly more matt than the other types of glass, but removes most of the glare, which means that a poster behind this glass appears much more clearly in a lit room.

Passepartout / Mat / Mount
Consider whether you want to frame your poster with a passepartout, which is a frame of 1.5 mm thick acid-free cardboard placed between the glass and the poster.
For all our 50x70 cm frames, we offer white passepartout for the poster sizes 40x50 cm and 30x40 cm, but if you have other wishes for color or size, you can just buy a made-to-measure passepartout .
If you want to frame a 50x70 cm poster and you would like a passepartout, you can for example choose a 60x80 frame or a 70x100 frame with a passepartout for 50x70 posters.
