Glass
We recommend acrylic glass (plexiglass) for the 100x140 cm frames, since real glass (normal glass, non-reflective glass and museum glass) is very heavy and can cause some complications in relation to transport and hanging. If framing is only finished, it can be an advantage with the unbending real glass. The acrylic glass is supplied with protective foil. Mount
Our 100x140 frames can be purchased with mounts of 1.5 mm acid-free cardboard, which fit perfectly for A0 (84.1x118.9 cm) or 70x100 cm posters. The mount will overlap these sizes by 5mm. This allows the poster to be attached to the back of the mount.
If you would like a color or hole dimensions, you can instead buy a custom mount. We offer seven different colors, with exactly the measurements you choose.
On the wall
On the back of the frame you will find four brackets with which the frame can be hung on the wall both vertically and horizontally. 100x140 frames are relatively heavy, so you should hang the frame on solid amber screws.
