Glass
You can choose between four different types of glass for the frame: acrylic glass (plexiglass, supplied with foil), normal glass, non-reflective glass and museum glass. If you need to use the frame for a picture that you want to preserve, we recommend museum glass, as it offers the best protection against UV rays.

Passepartout / Mat / Mount
Some posters are better framed with a passepartout, which we produce with 1.5 mm acid-free cardboard.
For all our 30x40 frames, we offer white passepartout for A4 (21x29.7 cm) or A5 (14.8x21 cm) posters. We make the cutout 1 cm smaller, and the passepartout overlaps the poster by 5 mm. If you have a special wish for the size or color of your passepartout, you can simply buy a made-to-measure passepartout.
If you would like to frame a 30x40 poster with passepartout, you can buy a 40x50 frame or 50x60 frame. For example, a glossy dark blue 40x50 frame.
