Dark red 50x50 cm wooden frame with a glossy and completely smooth varnish. The frame is both 14 mm wide and deep.

Glass

You can choose normal glass, acrylic glass/plexiglass (splinter-free, light and supplied with foil), non-reflective glass or the exclusive museum glass for the picture frame. If you want to frame a picture that you want to preserve for a long time, we recommend the museum glass, which provides optimal protection against UV rays. However, the other types of glass have approximately 40% protection against UV rays.

Passepartout / Mat / Mount

Passepartout is a frame made of 1.5 mm acid-free cardboard, which focuses on the poster and ensures that the frame does not cast a shadow on the poster. You can purchase white passepartout for all our 50x50 frames , which are suitable for posters with the size 40x40 cm, 30x30 cm or 20x20 cm. We make the hole in the passepartout 1 cm smaller than these measurements, so you have 0.5 cm to attach the poster to the back of the passepartout.

If you want to frame a 50x50 cm poster with passepartout, you should see our 70x70 frames or 60x60 frames. However, we do not sell this dark red frame in 70x70, so your obvious choice will be a 60x60 glossy dark red frame, with passepartout for 50x50 posters.
