Glass
For this 30x40 silver frame, you have the choice between four very different types of glass. Acrylic glass (also called plexiglass), normal glass, non-reflective glass or museum glass, which provides the best protection against UV rays. Please note that the acrylic glass is supplied with foil on both sides of the glass, which you must remove. Once removed, the acrylic glass is virtually as clear as normal glass and museum glass. Our non-reflective glass is made of real glass, but more matt than the three other types of glass, as this matt layer precisely removes most of the glare. Even so, the poster will be most obvious in the non-reflective glass.
Mount
Mounts can be incredibly beautiful for framing posters. For all our 30x40 cm frames, we offer white passepartout for poster sizes A4 (21x29.7 cm) and A5 (14.8x21 cm). Please note that we deduct 1 cm from the height and width of the cutout of your mount, so that a passepartout for e.g. an A4 poster will have a 20x28.7 cm cutout. This gives you half a centimeter to mount the poster on the back of the mount.
