Warranty Claims
You have a 2-year statutory right to make a warranty claim on all products purchased from PlakatKunst.dk and PlakatKunst.com. The warranty covers defects that existed at the time of delivery or where the cause of the defect was present at the time of delivery.
If you have received a defective item, please contact us at info@plakatkunst.dk. Please attach a photograph of the defective area, a photograph of the product in its original packaging, as well as photographs of the front and back of the shipping box. This documentation is necessary for us to process the claim and document the damage with the shipping carrier.
If we determine that the item can be wholly or partly reused, you may be asked to return it using a return label issued by PlakatKunst.dk. Any previous shipping labels must be removed or covered before the parcel is handed over to a parcel shop or carrier. Frames larger than 70x100 cm will be collected by a freight carrier.
If you wish to make a warranty claim regarding a picture frame or mount purchased from PlakatKunst.dk, we will dispatch a replacement no later than 7 business days after receiving the necessary documentation for the claim. If an original lithograph should unexpectedly prove defective (which has never happened), it cannot be replaced and the purchase will instead be refunded.
Transport Damage
In the event of visible transport damage – including damaged packaging, cracked or shattered glass, or if it is apparent that the contents have been damaged – we recommend inspecting the shipment upon collection or delivery.
Transport damage should be reported to info@plakatkunst.dk as soon as possible and preferably within 7 days of receipt. Please attach photographs of the packaging, the damaged item, and the shipping box so that we can document the damage with the shipping carrier.
