Right of withdrawal

When purchasing goods on PlakatKunst.com, you have a 100-day right of withdrawal. This means that you have the right to cancel your purchase by communicating your wish to return to info@plakatkunst.dk within 100 days after you have received the ordered item.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to box frames, custom-sized frames or passepartouts. If you wish to return a standard-size frame including a passepartout, only the price of the frame itself will be refunded.

When we have received your message and the products have been returned, then you will receive your refund which consists of your order total minus the shipping costs.

    You will receive the refund no later than 30 days after your request, usually within 2-5 days. It is primarily MasterCard, which can take up to 30 days.


    Right of complaint

    You have a 2-year right of complaint on all products you buy on plakatkunst.com. The right to complain covers all faults that were present or where the cause of the fault was present when you received the item.

    If you have received a defective item, you must send a message to info@plakatkunst.dk and inform about this. You must take a photo of the defective area and attach it to your message.

    If we assess that the item can be used in whole or in part, we will send you a free return label, which you must put on the package. Previous labels must be removed from the package before you hand it in to the parcel shop or to a carrier.

    If you want to use your right of complaint for a picture frame or passepartout that you bought from plakatkunst.dk, we will send you a replacement no later than 7 working days after you have informed us about the defective item. If you have purchased a defective lithograph (which has never happened), it cannot be replaced and your purchase refunded.


    How do I return an item?

    You register your return by sending a message to info@plakatkunst.dk with your desire to return. We need your order number and preferably a reason for the return.

    You can use the supplied return label, which you simply have to attach to the original packaging. The return item must be sent properly packaged, and you must remove the previous label from the package.
