RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Purchases made via the Website are subject to a 100-day right of withdrawal. This means that You may withdraw from your purchase by notifying PlakatKunst within 100 days from the date You receive your order. All products must be returned in the same condition as when delivered. If it is evident that the products have been used, PlakatKunst may reject the return or deduct an amount from your refund.

If You wish to withdraw from the purchase, You must send a clear email to info@plakatkunst.dk before the withdrawal period expires, as described here.

When exercising the right of withdrawal, You are responsible for paying for the return shipping and for the condition of the product after receipt and during return transport. The item must be returned within 100 days from the date You notified PlakatKunst of your withdrawal. The product must be securely packaged, in original condition and in original packaging. We recommend purchasing additional shipping insurance when returning items, as this insurance does not apply to returns.

Upon withdrawal, PlakatKunst will refund the amount paid for the product, excluding delivery costs. The delivery costs are not necessarily the shipping costs that you saw when making your order, since we usually take a loss on shipping on every order. PlakatKunst is entitled to deduct an amount corresponding to any depreciation in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary.

PlakatKunst will refund the amount as soon as possible, and no later than 100 days after receiving the returned item. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

WARRANTY AND COMPLAINTS

Posters purchased from PlakatKunst are covered by a warranty confirming that the poster is the original described and shown in the product description. Minor deviations may occur due to photographic editing. Frames purchased from PlakatKunst are covered by a warranty that applies only to original manufacturing defects. Your order confirmation serves as your warranty certificate.

The right to complain applies to products that are defective in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. Complaints must be submitted within 100 days of receiving the item.

You are responsible for return shipping costs for approved complaints.
