Narrow or wide?
50x70 frames are the largest standard format that we offer with all our profiles. You can choose from all our colored frames. 14 mm (glossy) or 15 mm (matte), as well as the narrow 9 mm aluminum frames as well as the full-width 20 mm wooden frames. The wide oak frame can be purchased as 20 or 30mm deep and the narrow oak frame is 12mm like walnut.
Even with the narrow wooden frames, there is nothing to worry about when the frame is no larger than 50x70.

Passepartout
Framing with a passepartout can elevate your poster to new heights, with a more exclusive look and a depth that also protects your work.
We have mounts in 11 colors to choose from for all 50x70 frames.
If you want to frame a 50x70 poster with a passepartout, however, you will need to purchase a larger frame. The obvious choice would be a 60x80 frame, with a 5 cm wide passepartout.
See our selection of 60x80 frames, and choose a mount with space for a 50x70 poster. When you buy a mount at PlakatKunst, you can always choose which poster should have space behind your mount. You just specify the dimensions of the poster, and we will make the hole 1 cm smaller, which means that the mount overlaps the poster by 5 mm. This means that the poster can easily be attached to the back of the mount with acid-free tape.
Non-reflective, UV protection or both?
Choice of glass
We offer four types of glass for all our 50x70 frames.
The acrylic glass (also called Plexiglas) that we have chosen to sell, looks confusingly like ordinary glass. This means that you not only get a light and shatter-free glass, but also a glass that is completely clear with clear reflections.
We also offer three types of real glass, namely regular glass as well as non-reflective glass and museum glass, both of which limit reflections. However, the museum glass does it without being matte like the non-reflective glass, and it also has more than 70% UV protection, which means that the colors of the poster are taken care of very well.
