Glass

There are four different types of glass to choose from for this wooden frame: Acrylic glass (light, splinter-free and supplied with foil), normal glass, non-reflective glass and museum glass, which provides optimal protection against UV rays and thus preserves the colors of the poster as best as possible.

Passepartout / Mat / Mount

We also offer passepartout for all our picture frames. For our 40x50 cm frames, we offer white passepartout which fits the poster sizes 30x40 cm and 29.7x42 cm (A3) perfectly, which means that we make the cutout of the passepartout 1 cm smaller, so that it overlaps the poster by 0.5 cm. This allows you to mount the poster on the back of the passepartout with, for example, tape. But if you have special wishes for cutout or color, then you can buy one of our custom-made passepartouts.

If you want to frame a 40x50 cm poster, you should see our large selection of 50x60 cm frames, 50x70 cm frames or 60x80 cm frames. However, we only offer the latter category with the 20x30 mm wide white frame. The obvious frame will probably be a narrow white 50x60 frame.
