About the frame
Matte silver aluminum frame in premium quality for pictures measuring 50 x 50 cm. The slim front measures just 6 mm and has an elegant, slightly curved shape that lets the artwork get maximum attention. The frame's 20 mm deep sides are made with fine grooves that give the aluminum profile a refined and exclusive look.
Framing and hanging
The premium frame has two movable fittings on the back. Use the included cord to hang the frame horizontally.
How to place the poster in the frame:
- Loosen all the corner screws and remove the two fittings on one of the short sides.
- Remove the tension clips that hold the backing board in place.
- Remove the short frame rail completely.
- Slide the glass and backing board out as one unit.
- Lay the poster between the glass and the backing board.
- Slide the unit back into the frame.
- Refit the frame rail and tighten the corners almost all the way.
- Put the tension clips back in place so the backing board is held tightly against the glass.
- Finally, tighten the corners fully.
Glass
The acrylic glass weighs much less than real glass and cannot break. It comes with a protective film, which must be removed to achieve the same clarity as standard glass.
You can choose between three very different types of real glass. Standard glass is the clearest but has a lot of glare. Both the UV-protective museum glass and especially non-reflective glass limit glare.

Ordered a frame and it was shipped the next business day and I received it the day after. The frame is beautiful and was well packaged.
I love our beautiful frames from poster art and I had a fantastic experience with customer service. You can blindly trust them to deliver quality both aesthetically and ethically. Thank you very much ❤️ I will be buying all my frames from here.
Extremely good and proactive service, even though the error started with me, it was fixed quickly! And the frame is also super nice.
Bought 2 pieces of 100x140 frames and received very quick and knowledgeable guidance in choosing the type of wood based on pictures sent of where they should hang. They were delivered just a few days later and were very securely packaged. We are SO satisfied and this is not the last time we order from here 😄
Great service. Nice wooden frame with passepartout. Had also ordered a passepartout for another frame. However, I had misunderstood the instructions for measuring so it didn't fit. Posterkunst immediately offered to send a new one with the correct measurements. Very nice customer service.
