Black 100x140 aluminum frame with a matte finish. The frame is slightly curved at the front, which is only 6 mm wide. In depth, the frame is 19 mm and completely straight.

Glass

Acrylic glass is our clear recommendation for 100x140 frames, as it weighs considerably less than real glass and cannot break. We do not send these large aluminum frames with real glass, as metal and glass in large sizes is a really bad combination.

Framing and hanging

The largest aluminum frames have two brackets on the back, as shown in picture #3. They are placed slightly above the center of the frame, in the ideal place for the purpose. Attach the supplied cord to these brackets. The brackets can be moved if you want to use the frame horizontally.

When you need to frame the poster, you must unscrew two corners so that you can remove one 100 cm side and roll out the back plate with the glass. When the sheet is placed between the back plate and the glass, you run it together into the frame again. Finally, the 100 cm strip must be screwed back onto the frame.

As shown in the picture, there are also quite a few buckles that help to hold the back plate up against the glass. Once the corners are unscrewed, these buckles must be removed. When the corners are screwed back on, the buckles can be placed back under the frame moldings.
