About the frame
Exclusive premium aluminum frame in matte silver with an elegant and minimalist profile. Perfect for framing 50x70 posters. The slightly curved front is only 6 mm wide, so the frame takes up minimal space around the artwork, while the 20 mm deep sides have fine grooves that give the aluminum a beautiful texture and a more striking look from the side.
Framing and hanging
The frame has two movable fittings on the back and comes with a cord for hanging. The fittings can be positioned as needed, so the frame can be hung both vertically and horizontally.
How to place the artwork in the frame:
- Loosen the screws in all four corners of the frame.
- Remove the two hanging fittings from one of the short frame rails as well as the tension clips that hold the backing board in place.
- Remove the short frame rail completely.
- Slide the glass and backing board out together through the open side.
- Place the artwork between the glass and the backing board.
- Slide the glass, artwork and backing board back into the frame.
- Refit the short frame rail and tighten the corner screws almost all the way.
- Put the tension clips back so the backing board is held tightly against the glass.
- Finally, tighten the corner screws fully.
Glass
For the frame, you can choose between four glass types: acrylic glass (plexiglass), standard glass, non-reflective glass and museum glass. Acrylic glass is lightweight and shatterproof, while standard glass gives the classic framing with real glass. Non-reflective glass reduces distracting glare, and museum glass gives the most exclusive presentation of the artwork combined with the best UV protection among our glass types.

I love our beautiful frames from poster art and I had a fantastic experience with customer service. You can blindly trust them to deliver quality both aesthetically and ethically. Thank you very much ❤️ I will be buying all my frames from here.
Ordered a frame and it was shipped the next business day and I received it the day after. The frame is beautiful and was well packaged.
Bought 2 pieces of 100x140 frames and received very quick and knowledgeable guidance in choosing the type of wood based on pictures sent of where they should hang. They were delivered just a few days later and were very securely packaged. We are SO satisfied and this is not the last time we order from here 😄
Extremely good and proactive service, even though the error started with me, it was fixed quickly! And the frame is also super nice.
Great service. Nice wooden frame with passepartout. Had also ordered a passepartout for another frame. However, I had misunderstood the instructions for measuring so it didn't fit. Posterkunst immediately offered to send a new one with the correct measurements. Very nice customer service.
