About the frame
Premium aluminum frame in matte silver for posters and artworks in 50 x 60 cm. The elegant aluminum profile has a slightly curved front of just 6 mm, which gives a simple and minimalist look around the artwork. From the side, the 20 mm deep, finely grooved profiles stand out more clearly and give the frame an exclusive and distinctive character.
Framing and hanging
Two movable fittings on the back are used together with the included cord to hang the frame. The fittings can be positioned as needed, so the frame can be hung both vertically and horizontally.
How to mount your artwork:
- Loosen the screws in the four corners of the frame.
- Remove the two hanging fittings from one of the short frame rails and take out the tension clips for the backing board.
- Detach the short frame rail.
- Slide the glass and backing board out together through the open side.
- Lay the artwork between the glass and the backing board.
- Slide the glass, artwork and backing board back into the frame.
- Put the short frame rail back on and tighten the corner screws almost fully.
- Refit the tension clips so the backing board is held tightly against the glass.
- Finally, tighten the corner screws fully.
Glass
For this 50 x 60 cm frame, you can choose between four types of glass. Acrylic glass (plexiglass) is lightweight and shatterproof, while standard glass gives the classic framing with real glass. Non-reflective glass reduces distracting reflections, and museum glass combines a very clear rendering of the artwork with the best UV protection among our glass types.

Ordered a frame and it was shipped the next business day and I received it the day after. The frame is beautiful and was well packaged.
I love our beautiful frames from poster art and I had a fantastic experience with customer service. You can blindly trust them to deliver quality both aesthetically and ethically. Thank you very much ❤️ I will be buying all my frames from here.
Extremely good and proactive service, even though the error started with me, it was fixed quickly! And the frame is also super nice.
Bought 2 pieces of 100x140 frames and received very quick and knowledgeable guidance in choosing the type of wood based on pictures sent of where they should hang. They were delivered just a few days later and were very securely packaged. We are SO satisfied and this is not the last time we order from here 😄
Great service. Nice wooden frame with passepartout. Had also ordered a passepartout for another frame. However, I had misunderstood the instructions for measuring so it didn't fit. Posterkunst immediately offered to send a new one with the correct measurements. Very nice customer service.
