Beige passepartout

Product information

Beige passepartout in a beautiful light brown color with a thickness of 1.5 mm. The beige passepartout is made with cardboard of the highest quality, and almost no structure in the cardboard. This light brown passepartout looks really nice with our brown frames , as well as the light wooden frames and actually with many of the other frames.

We use acid-free cardboard to protect your image.

The passepartout is cut at a 45 degree angle, which gives depth to the overall work. The cut shows the white cardboard behind the beige surface, creating a nice white line between the image and the passepartout.

Set the right dimensions

Outer dimensions

The exterior dimensions must be identical to the glass dimensions in the frame.

Cutout size

The hole size should be 1 cm smaller than the poster size in both height and width, so that an overlap of approx. 0.5 cm is created. Example: 53×67 cm → 52×66 cm.

Cutout position

A centered hole is the standard. If you want a lift in the composition, you can place the hole higher up. You can also choose one without a hole at all, where you mount the motif directly on top of the cardboard.

Payment & invoice

You can pay with VISA, Mastercard, MobilePay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, American Express, iDeal or PayPal.

Invoices and EAN are offered to companies and the public sector by contacting us via chat, telephone or email.

Payment is handled securely through Shopify Payments and is only charged upon shipment. The invoice is ready in your PlakatKunst account.

Shipping & returns

Passepartouts are individually produced in Denmark. Expect shipment within a few business days – often the next day. Busy periods may result in slightly longer production times.

Returns
Standard items have a 100-day return policy. However, special items, including passepartouts, cannot be returned.

Photo documentation of errors is sent to info@plakatkunst.dk, after which we will send a new item.
