Each mount is custom-made to your order and cut precisely at a 45° angle, creating the perfect distance between the glass and the image. This detail is especially important when framing art, as it adds depth to the work without creating shadows.
Our passepartouts are made of the highest quality 1.5 mm acid-free cardboard, ensuring long-term durability and better preserving your artwork.
Set the right dimensions
When entering your measurements, please provide the outside dimensions, which should be the same as the size of the glass in your frame. You will also need to provide the dimensions of your poster. The hole we cut will be 1 cm smaller than the poster, e.g. 12 x 34 cm if your poster measures 13 x 35 cm. We recommend that the mat overlap the poster slightly so that it can be taped to the back.
You do not need to provide exact hole measurements, but instead provide measurements that are 1 cm larger than the desired hole measurements. If you are in doubt, you can contact us via Live Chat.
Return policy
As passepartouts are custom made, we do not accept returns as they can only be used by you. Therefore, it is important that the measurements provided are completely correct.
Should we send the wrong passepartout, we will quickly correct the error and send you the correct product.
