A valuable original from the 1920s in really nice condition. The poster shows a camel and some Bedouins, in contrast to the colossal ship sailing through the Suez Canal, close to some small, local boats.

Ship posters are some of the most valuable vintage posters. Glen Line was a British shipping company which was founded in Glasgow in 1867. The head office was later first moved to London and then to Liverpool. The Glen Line was sold to the Blue Funnel Line in 1935.

This is an original vintage poster. It is not a reproduction. At the time of writing, you will not find this poster for sale anywhere else on the internet, and it is unlikely that it will ever be offered for sale in such good condition again.

Condition

There are some minor tears in the sides and a few folds on the poster, which will not be a problem when the poster comes in a frame.

Frame

The frame is not included in the price, but we recommend that you buy a frame with special measurements and museum glass, which optimally protects against UV radiation, thus preserving this unique poster and its value
