Glass We always give you the choice between four types of glass when you buy a frame at PlakatKunst. Acrylic glass (also called plexiglass), which is the most durable. Non-reflective glass gives you a frame with virtually no glare, but you get the clearest glass when you choose normal glass or the exclusive museum glass, which also offers the best protection against UV rays, thus preserving the poster optimally.
Mount Do you want to frame your poster with a mount? This is also called Mat or Passepartout. For this yellow 50x70 cm frame, we offer mounts suited for the poster sizes 40x50 cm and 30x40 cm, but we can also make another cutout if you contact us. If you have a 50x70 poster that you want a mount for, you should look at our
60x80 frames or
70x100 frames, both of which can be purchased with a mount that fits exactly 50x70 cm posters. However, we do not immediately sell our narrow frames - such as this frame in matt yellow - in a larger format than 50x70, as it will be too unstable in relation to the freight in particular.
