White passepartout

Passepartout is also called mount or mat. This is a 1.5 mm thick quality passepartout with a classic off-white shade. Our passepartouts are made with high-quality acid-free cardboard, so you can frame even valuable art with a passepartout without damaging the work.

White passepartout can be made up to 120x160 cm. The other colors only up to 81x110 cm. Please note that the price increases significantly if your passepartout is larger than 70x100 cm. The reason is that it requires more expensive shipping, and parcel shops do not accept larger packages, which is why it must be sent by courier directly to your address.

Enter the right measurements

To ensure that we get the right measurements for you, you should start by providing the outside dimensions that you want. These measurements should typically correspond to the size of the glass in your frame. Please note that the glass usually extends 5 mm below the edge of the frame, and therefore your passepartout will also be covered by approximately 5 mm of the front of the frame.

We also need the dimensions of your poster. The hole we cut will be 1 cm smaller than the poster – for example 19 x 19 cm if your poster measures 20 x 20 cm. This 1 cm difference ensures that the passepartout overlaps the poster by 0.5 cm, making it easy to tape the poster to the back of your passepartout.

Important! Please note that you do not need to provide the exact hole size, but rather dimensions that are 1 cm larger than the desired hole size. If you are unsure, you can always contact us via Live Chat.

Return policy

We do not accept returns on passepartouts as they are custom made and can only be used by you. This also applies to custom frames . It is therefore important that you provide precise measurements so that we can create your product correctly.

Should we send you an incorrect passepartout, we will of course send you the correct one quickly.
