Matte silver aluminum frame - Narrow (6 mm) - A0 frame (84.1x118.9 cm)

A0 aluminum frame in matt silver with a slightly curved front that is 6 mm wide. The sides are completely straight and 19 mm deep.

We offer two types of aluminum frames. A regular aluminum frame up to 50x70 cm, as well as an exclusive aluminum frame of sublime quality for larger frames (including A0 frames) and special-sized aluminum frames.

Glass

Metal and real glass are a dangerous combination in large sizes. That's why we only offer acrylic glass (plexiglass) for the largest frames. If you want regular glass, anti-reflective glass or museum glass, you should buy one of our A0 wooden frames instead.

Framing

The large aluminum frames have two brackets on the back - slightly above the middle - as shown in the last picture. The frame can be hung on this with screws in rawlplugs , but the easiest way is to use the attached string for the purpose. The brackets can be moved if the frame is to hang horizontally.

When your poster is to be framed, unscrew the two corners at the top and remove the 100 cm strip. You can then slide out the backing plate and glass. You can now also remove the many buckles that will sit loosely under the frame strips, with the purpose of holding the backing plate close to the glass. Place the poster between the backing plate and glass, and slide it all back into the frame. Put the 100 cm strip back onto the frame by screwing the corners back in. Finally, insert the clamps between the back plate and the frame strips again.
