Order cancellation

You can cancel your order from the time it is placed until it has been prepared for dispatch. Once the order has been prepared, you will receive an email with tracking information, and it will no longer be possible to cancel the order.

To cancel your order, log in to your PlakatKunst account using your email address and order number.

The difference between cancellation and the right of withdrawal

Cancellation means that the order is stopped before it has been prepared and dispatched. The right of withdrawal is your right to withdraw from a purchase and applies independently of our ability to cancel an order, provided that the item is covered by the right of withdrawal.

If your order has already been prepared and can therefore no longer be cancelled, you may still exercise your right of withdrawal if the item is covered by this right. Certain items that have been made or customised specifically to your requirements are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
