Orange glossy wooden frame - Narrow (14 mm) - Custom size

Nice orange picture frame with completely smooth surface and rounded corners. The frame is only 14 mm wide and deep, which limits the size to max. 55x75 cm. Larger frames become unstable in relation to both framing, suspension and especially freight.

Note that the dimensions of the frame are always the dimensions of the glass, and thus the dimensions that the intended poster or passepartout must have.

Glass

We offer four different types of glass for this custom-measured orange frame. You can either choose the light and splinter-free acrylic glass (plexiglass), or go with one of the three types made with real glass: normal glass, non-reflective glass or exclusive museum glass, which both limits glare and protects against UV rays.

Passepartout / Mat / Mount

You probably know it, but passepartout is a piece of 1.5 mm acid-free cardboard that serves as extra framing for your poster. Between glass and poster, it creates depth without casting a shadow on the image. When you choose the cutout, you should deduct 1 cm at both the top and bottom, so that you get 0.5 cm to mount the poster on the back of the passepartout. If you have, for example, a 30x80 cm poster, you must choose a 29x79 cut.
