Orange poster frame a lighter orange tone and a matt varnish on the wooden frame which is 15 mm wide and deep. The fine, narrow frame means that we do not send it out in a larger format than 60x70 cm. Larger frames become more unstable in terms of framing, suspension and especially shipping. If you need a large batch of narrow frames over 60x70 cm, we have solutions. Contact us for more information.
We always give you the choice between four types of glass: Acrylic glass (plexiglass) or one of the three types of real glass: normal glass, non-reflective glass or museum glass, which best protects against the UV rays that would otherwise cause the colors of the poster to fade, depending of how much light it is exposed to.
You probably know it, but for the record, it should be mentioned that passepartout is a piece of cardboard that is placed in the frame between the glass and the poster. When choosing a cutout, subtract 1 cm from the top and bottom, so that you get 0.5 cm all the way around to mount the poster on the back of the passepartout. For example, if you want to make room for a 27x29 cm poster, you must choose a 26x28 cutout.
