Dark wooden frame – Narrow (10 mm) – Custom size
Our ultra-thin dark wood frame combines simplicity with natural beauty. The fine wood structure gives an exclusive look, and the frame can be adjusted to the exact format you want – up to 50x60 cm. With a front width and depth of 10 mm and a frame that overlaps the glass by 4 mm, you get a stylish finish, regardless of whether the picture is to be hung vertically or horizontally.
Glass
We offer acrylic glass as standard – it is light, clear and shatterproof. However, for smaller frames, real glass can often be a better choice. You have the option to choose between three types of real glass:
Normal glass – classic and clear with reflections.
Non-reflective glass – reduces glare, but has a slightly matte surface.
Museum glass – our most exclusive choice. It is crystal clear, reduces reflections almost as effectively as non-reflective glass and at the same time protects against harmful UV rays by at least 70%.
Passepartout / Mat / Mount
A passepartout is more than just a practical addition. It acts as an elegant frame within a frame, elevating your motif and creating a visual break between the image and the glass. The result? A more exclusive and aesthetic presentation – while protecting your image from direct contact with the glass.
With us you will find passepartouts in 1.5 mm acid-free cardboard, which both protects your works and gives you the opportunity to customize the expression. Choose from several colors, each with its own special structure, which can highlight different moods and nuances in the image.
When ordering, simply specify the dimensions of the poster – we will make sure that the cutout is 1 cm smaller in both height and width. This gives a 5 mm overlap all the way around, so you can easily attach the image behind the passe-partout with tape and achieve a precise and professional finish. If you want a background without a hole instead, you can mount your image on top with double-sided tape and create a completely different look.
