Beautiful floater frame in 100% untreated solid oak for framing paintings. As the frame is made from solid wood, natural variations in grain and structure will occur. The overall appearance remains harmonious and relatively consistent, especially in tone.
You choose the size, but should specify the dimensions of your artwork. We produce the frame with internal dimensions 1 cm larger, creating a 5 mm gap between the artwork and the frame.
The front measures 10 mm. The outer depth is 33 mm, the inner depth is 23 mm, and the back edge is 39 mm wide.
Mounting
The artwork is centred within the frame and secured from the back with one screw in each corner. Alternatively, it can be mounted using glue or strong double-sided tape. For larger formats, we recommend additional screws for optimal stability.
The frame can be hung directly on a screw in the wall, sitting close to the surface. Alternatively, fittings with a wire can be attached.
Cleaning
An untreated solid oak floater frame requires minimal maintenance and should not be cleaned with water. For everyday care, simply dust with a dry cloth.
