Original vintage poster from 1944, showing the great battle of Omaha Beach, where the Allies began to seriously defeat Nazi Germany.

The Battle of Omaha Beach took place on June 6, 1944, as part of D-Day during World War II. It was one of five beach landing operations conducted by Allied forces in Normandy, France. Omaha Beach was the most heavily defended beach, and American troops encountered intense resistance from the German defenders, resulting in heavy casualties. Despite the great difficulties, the Allies managed to overcome the resistance and establish a critical beachhead, which was crucial for the further liberation of Western Europe.

Condition

7/10 - Patina and two tears at the top, although we have both tears so it can be easily repaired.
