Rare Italian lithographic poster from 1928, which promotes the city of Ercolano. The poster was designed by Marcello Dudovich (March 21, 1878 - March 31, 1962), who was an Italian painter, illustrator and poster designer. Ercolano is an Italian city in the province of Naples, located at the western foot of Mount Vesuvius. Ercolano is a resort and the starting point for excursions to the excavations of Herculaneum, which are shown on this poster.
