Green mount with a thickness of 1.5 mm. The green mount has almost no structure in the cardboard, unlike several of the other colors mount. A really nice colour, which works really well with golden frames and oak frames in particular. It is also works well with the light wooden frames and the green frames.

Mount is also called Mat or Passepartout.

Our precision-cut mat is custom-made to match your artwork, and its luscious shade of green adds a touch of elegance. The acid-free cardboard protects your artwork.

We cut our mount at a 45 degree angle, which gives depth and ensures that no shadow is cast on the poster. The angle reveals the white cardboard behind the green surface, and thus gives a nice white line between poster and mount.

Choose precise dimension

For Outer size, you must specify the dimensions that the frame has. The dimensions of the frame are always the dimensions of the glass, i.e. exclusive of the list of the picture frame itself.

For Inner size, you must choose the exact cut that you want. If you deduct 1 cm from the height and width of your poster, you get 0.5 centimetres, to attach the image to the back of the mount. If you want to frame a 30x40 poster, you must therefore choose 29x39 as the inner dimension.

If you buy mount with a standard frame, we always deduct 1 cm. However, we do not do that when you order mount on target or frames on target . Here you must be precise with the measurements you choose for your mount.
