Light green passepartout

Product information

Beautiful green passepartout in 1.5 mm acid-free cardboard with an elegant and distinct surface texture. This is the lighter of the two green passepartouts we offer. The color has a fresh yet subdued green tone that pairs particularly well with both gold frames, oak frames, light wood frames and our green wood frames.

Each passepartout is produced to order and precisely cut to fit your motif perfectly. The light green tone gives the framing a calm and elegant look, while the acid-free cardboard protects the poster or artwork from discoloration over time.

The cutout is made with a precise 45° bevel. This creates a beautiful depth in the framing while ensuring that no shadows are cast on the motif. The beveled edge reveals the white core of the board behind the green surface, creating a clean and sharp white line between the image and the passepartout.

How to choose the right dimensions

Exterior dimensions

The exterior dimensions must correspond to the size of the glass in your frame.

Cutout

To achieve a clean overlap, the cutout should be approximately 1 cm smaller than the width and height of the poster. This provides an overlap of about 5 mm all the way around. Example: If your poster measures 53 × 67 cm, the recommended cutout is 52 × 66 cm.

Cutout position

A centered cutout is standard and creates a harmonious look. However, you can also choose a top-positioned cutout or omit the cutout entirely if the motif is to be mounted on top of the board.

Return
There is a 100-day right of return on standard products. Custom-made items – including passepartouts – cannot be returned.

If an error occurs, simply send photos to info@plakatkunst.dk and we will send a replacement.
