This sample of our Dusty Mauve Passepartout measures 15×15 cm with a 3.5 cm wide corner, making it easy to compare the colour with your artwork, frame and interior. The elegant shade combines muted purple, pink and brown undertones for a warm and refined appearance. The surface has a slightly more pronounced texture than our other passepartout colours, although it is only noticeable up close.
Our passepartouts (also known as mats or mounts) are made from 1.5 mm acid-free premium board to help protect artwork from discolouration and ageing. Every passepartout is precision cut to your exact dimensions.
The window opening is cut with a 45° bevel that reveals the white core as a clean border around the artwork while adding depth and an elegant finished appearance.
