Very rare original vintage ship poster by Kenneth Denton Shoesmith (1890 - 1939). who was a cadet first at HMS Conway, and later at the Royal Mail Line. He was a self-taught artist, and today he is one of the most sought-after poster artists.

We have seen other copies of this lithograph with text at the bottom, but this particular edition with an empty field at the bottom - where nothing is written on - we have never seen before, nor is it to be dusted up elsewhere on the internet.

Condition

9/10 - Cracks at the top and on the left side, but otherwise in perfect condition.
