Original vintage poster designed by Frank Mann and published by the Colonization Department of Canadian National Railways . The poster shows a farm with farmland and mountains in the distance and a man pointing towards some smaller caption illustrations. The Canadian National Railway's colonization department assisted new settlers to Canada, meeting them on arrival and securing farm employment for them. Formed in 1919, the Canadian National Railways grew to create an extensive railway system that aided in the crewing of the uninhabited areas and connected the country's forestry, fishing, mineral and agricultural resources.

We have seen other similar posters for approx. same price, but with English text, which typically makes the posters more valuable. In this case, however, the English copies are far more widespread, whereas we have never before seen a copy addressed to Danes with Danish language on the poster.

Condition

7/10 - Patina and some tears on the side, but apart from that the poster is in perfect condition.
