Norwegian DFDS travel poster from 1955 made by Knut Yran (1920 - 1998) with the text: "Norway - the cradle of skiing". The home country of skiing, the cradle of skiing, etc. were the slogans when attracting tourists to Norway in the winter. This poster is aimed at tourists from neighboring Denmark, with listed departures from Frederikshavn and Copenhagen, respectively.

You can see that the poster was not printed yesterday. But apart from general patina, the poster appears perfect.

Frame is not included in the price. See our large selection of beautiful frames that can be adapted exactly to any poster.
