About the frame
24×24 cm (9.45 x 9.45 in) is one of the larger square formats in the series and gives a graphic motif or a square photo a clear presence. The white frame is an obvious choice for colourful motifs, as the light border lets the colours stand out cleanly. At the same time, the visible wood structure gives the frame a natural character. The profile is 10 mm wide and 10 mm deep, and the frame is made of light and strong solid ayous wood. The frame comes with a stand, so it can be placed on a shelf, a chest of drawers or a desk. Thanks to the hanger on the back, the frame can also be hung both horizontally and vertically despite the stand, which can also be snapped off without much effort if you would rather do without it.
Glass
- Acrylic glass (plexiglass) is light and shatterproof – a safe choice if the frame will stand where it could be knocked over, or hang in a child's room. It is crystal clear, with reflections just like standard glass.
- Standard glass gives a sharp, clear image and is an obvious, affordable choice for a small format like 24×24 cm, if you don't mind light reflections in the glass.
- If you want to reduce reflections and glare, we offer non-reflective glass, made from real glass, which ensures an even, clear view in all lighting conditions. It is slightly matte, though, so if your artwork has strong colours that should look their very best, choose one of the other glass types.
- For the best presentation and extra protection we recommend museum glass, which is anti-reflective, crystal clear and offers 70% UV protection, helping to preserve the colours of your artwork for many years.
