A very rare original lithographic poster from 1914, which with Swedish text promoted the Danish capital via the proud Danish newspaper Politikken. The focus is on the tourist attractions Tivoli, the Zoo, the Palace Theater and the restaurant Wivel. In 1931, the restaurant changed its name from Wivel to Wivex.
The poster was designed by Franz Šedivý, who was a Czech-born Danish artist and lithographer who became known for his impressive panoramas from Copenhagen.
The poster has a single fold at the top and some patina.
