Scary poster from World War II where this sad motif was used to get American citizens to support the war by buying war bonds. A depressing black-and-white photo of a sad young girl surrounded by smoke or clouds. The image is centered around a white swastika.

The phrase "deliver us from evil" is a scriptural quote from the Bible, Matthew 6:13.

Many of these posters were produced in the 1940s, and not everyone wants such a depressing poster in their home. Since the poster is also in poor condition, with a very damaged right side, we sell it relatively cheaply. However, it is a gripping story that we are dealing with here.

Condition: 3/10 - Folder, moisture damage and much included in the left side.

Frame is not included. See our large selection of exclusive frames that can be made precisely to the poster.
