About the frame
With 27×34.5 cm (10.63 x 13.58 in) you get a mid-size format that is slightly larger than A4 and well suited to prints and posters that do not follow standard sizes. The matte blue surface makes a subdued but clear colour statement that goes well with abstract art, graphic motifs and black-and-white photos. The frame is built from hard yet light ayous wood with a 15 mm profile, and the metal fittings on the back allow it to be hung both vertically and horizontally.
Glass
- Acrylic glass (plexiglass) is the most durable and lightweight option and makes a 27×34.5 cm frame easier to hang. It is crystal clear, with reflections just like standard glass.
- Standard glass gives a sharp, clear image – ideal if you don't mind light reflections in the glass.
- If you want to reduce reflections and glare, we offer non-reflective glass, made from real glass, which ensures an even, clear view in all lighting conditions. It is slightly matte, though, so if your artwork has strong colours that should look their very best, choose one of the other glass types.
- For the best presentation and extra protection we recommend museum glass, which is anti-reflective, crystal clear and offers 70% UV protection, helping to preserve the colours of your artwork for many years.
