About the frame

Classic photos in 10×15 cm (3.94 x 5.91 in) have the camera's 2:3 ratio and are the size most people know from developed prints. In a yellow high-gloss frame, black-and-white photos get a sunny counterpoint, and colour pictures from the summer get a border that enhances the mood. The narrow 13 mm profile keeps the frame light, and the glossy lacquer gives a smooth, lively surface. Solid ayous wood ensures a frame that keeps its shape for many years, and the metal clips make it easy to change the picture. The frame comes with a stand, so it can be placed on a shelf, a chest of drawers or a desk. Thanks to the hanger on the back, the frame can also be hung both horizontally and vertically despite the stand, which can also be snapped off without much effort if you would rather do without it.

Glass

- Acrylic glass (plexiglass) is light and shatterproof – a safe choice if the frame will stand where it could be knocked over, or hang in a child's room. It is crystal clear, with reflections just like standard glass.
- Standard glass gives a sharp, clear image and is an obvious, affordable choice for a small format like 10×15 cm, if you don't mind light reflections in the glass.
- If you want to reduce reflections and glare, we offer non-reflective glass, made from real glass, which ensures an even, clear view in all lighting conditions. It is slightly matte, though, so if your artwork has strong colours that should look their very best, choose one of the other glass types.
- For the best presentation and extra protection we recommend museum glass, which is anti-reflective, crystal clear and offers 70% UV protection, helping to preserve the colours of your artwork for many years.
