Golden frames have a particularly timeless look, and this aluminum frame is no exception. With a curved front of 9 mm and a depth of 18 mm, it appears elegant, yet solid. The internal depth is 17 mm, which provides space for glass and back plate, which are securely held in place by the frame's 5 mm overlap. Of course, it comes with a suspension for both horizontal and vertical mounting.
The frame is made for 60x80 posters, but can also be used for other formats by using a passepartout. Here you choose whether you want a cut-out hole, or a full passepartout, where the image is placed on top.
Glass
We offer four types of glass for all our picture frames: real glass, acrylic glass (also called plexiglass, which is the most durable), non-reflective glass and museum glass.
However, we only offer acrylic glass for the large aluminum frames, as large pieces of real glass often break when placed against metal. If you want normal glass, anti-reflective glass or museum glass for your 60x80 frame, you should buy one of our 60x80 wooden frames . If you are using the frame for a poster that you want to take care of, we recommend museum glass, which provides the best protection against the sun's UV rays.
