About the frame

With a 4:5 ratio, 24×30 cm (9.45 x 11.81 in) is popular for photo prints and smaller posters that need a bit of extra presence. The purple glossy frame works here as an elegant and slightly unexpected setting for art prints and photography. The glossy finish gives the colour depth, while the 5 mm front overlap holds the motif securely without hiding the details. The metal clips on the back of the frame make it quick to change the motif if you want to vary the look with the seasons. The frame comes with a stand, so it can be placed on a shelf, a chest of drawers or a desk. Thanks to the hanger on the back, the frame can also be hung both horizontally and vertically despite the stand, which can also be snapped off without much effort if you would rather do without it.

Glass

- Acrylic glass (plexiglass) is light and shatterproof – a safe choice if the frame will stand where it could be knocked over, or hang in a child's room. It is crystal clear, with reflections just like standard glass.
- Standard glass gives a sharp, clear image and is an obvious, affordable choice for a small format like 24×30 cm, if you don't mind light reflections in the glass.
- If you want to reduce reflections and glare, we offer non-reflective glass, made from real glass, which ensures an even, clear view in all lighting conditions. It is slightly matte, though, so if your artwork has strong colours that should look their very best, choose one of the other glass types.
- For the best presentation and extra protection we recommend museum glass, which is anti-reflective, crystal clear and offers 70% UV protection, helping to preserve the colours of your artwork for many years.

Create exactly the right framing

Create a framing that suits your 24×30 cm picture and the mood you want to bring out. In our frame designer you can explore different frames and passepartouts and try out your ideas before you choose.

Let a 24×30 cm frame follow the edges of the picture, or choose a larger frame size with room for a passepartout. A light shade can give an airy look, while a darker colour adds depth. Adjust the width and find the balance that suits the image.

You can upload your own picture and see it as part of the framing. Every adjustment is shown instantly, so you can follow how your choices affect the overall look.
