Beautiful picture frame in dark oak veneer, designed for 100x100 cm posters. In contrast to our frames in untreated solid oak, the dark and light wood frames offer a more uniform and consistent wood structure. The frame has a profile of 20 mm in width and 30 mm in depth, which corresponds to our other A0 frames.
The glass and back plate are both 100x100 cm and extend 5 mm below the wooden frame.
Glass
We recommend acrylic glass (plexiglass) for the large frames, as it is significantly lighter than real glass and completely shatterproof. For those who want real glass, we offer three variants: Normal glass, non-reflective glass and the exclusive museum glass, which in addition to being non-reflective also provides 70% UV protection, meaning that the rays of light will not damage your poster.
Should the glass be damaged during transport, we will of course send a new frame. However, it is important to note that real glass, especially for large frames, is more likely to break during shipping. When you remove the protective film from the acrylic glass, you will find that it is almost impossible to distinguish it from regular glass.

Great service. Nice wooden frame with passepartout. Had also ordered a passepartout for another frame. However, I had misunderstood the instructions for measuring so it didn't fit. Posterkunst immediately offered to send a new one with the correct measurements. Very nice customer service.
