About the frame

The proportions of 15×20 cm (5.91 x 7.87 in) are 3:4 – the ratio many smartphones shoot in by default. That makes the format an obvious choice when a picture from your phone is to leave the screen and go up on the wall or the shelf. The dark oak frame gives the picture a warm, natural wood tone with an elegant sheen. The narrow 12 mm front takes up little space from the motif, and the 4 mm overlap keeps everything secure. With an 18 mm depth, the frame looks sturdy, even in the small format. The frame comes with a stand, so it can sit on a shelf, a chest of drawers or a desk. Thanks to the hanger on the back, the frame can also be hung horizontally or vertically despite the stand – and if you would rather do without the stand, it can be snapped off without much effort.

Glass

- Acrylic glass (plexiglass) is light and shatterproof – a safe choice if the frame will stand where it could be knocked over, or hang in a child's room. It is crystal clear, with reflections just like standard glass.
- Standard glass gives a sharp, clear image and is an obvious, affordable choice for a small format like 15×20 cm, if you don't mind light reflections in the glass.
- If you want to reduce reflections and glare, we offer non-reflective glass, made from real glass, which ensures an even, clear view in all lighting conditions. It is slightly matte, though, so if your artwork has strong colours that should look their very best, choose one of the other glass types.
- For the best presentation and extra protection we recommend museum glass, which is anti-reflective, crystal clear and offers 70% UV protection, helping to preserve the colours of your artwork for many years.
