About the frame

A3 measures 29.7×42 cm (11.69 x 16.54 in) and is a popular size for art prints, graphic posters and architectural drawings. In dark smoked oak, an A3 print gets a crisp yet warm setting, where the almost black veneer with visible grain supports the motif without stealing attention. The elongated format looks great in a hallway or above a desk. The 20 mm wide front gives a striking edge, and the front overlaps the glass and backing board by 5 mm. Choose a 20 mm depth if you want the frame light and discreet, or a 30 mm depth for a more striking profile. The frame hangs both vertically and horizontally.

Glass

- Acrylic glass (plexiglass) is the most durable and lightweight option and makes a 29.7×42 cm frame easier to hang. It is crystal clear, with reflections just like standard glass.
- Standard glass gives a sharp, clear image – ideal if you don't mind light reflections in the glass.
- If you want to reduce reflections and glare, we offer non-reflective glass, made from real glass, which ensures an even, clear view in all lighting conditions. It is slightly matte, though, so if your artwork has strong colours that should look their very best, choose one of the other glass types.
- For the best presentation and extra protection we recommend museum glass, which is anti-reflective, crystal clear and offers 70% UV protection, helping to preserve the colours of your artwork for many years.
