About the frame
A print in 27×34.5 cm (10.63 x 13.58 in) belongs to the less common sizes, and here it gets a frame made for exactly those dimensions. In dark blue high gloss, the motif receives a deep, calm surround, with the rounded corners giving the whole a sense of balance. The colour works for modern graphics as well as older art prints and is an elegant alternative to the traditional black frame. The metal fittings on the back allow the frame to be hung vertically or horizontally, and small metal clips make it quick to change the contents.
Glass
- Acrylic glass (plexiglass) is the most durable and lightweight option and makes a 27×34.5 cm frame easier to hang. It is crystal clear, with reflections just like standard glass.
- Standard glass gives a sharp, clear image – ideal if you don't mind light reflections in the glass.
- If you want to reduce reflections and glare, we offer non-reflective glass, made from real glass, which ensures an even, clear view in all lighting conditions. It is slightly matte, though, so if your artwork has strong colours that should look their very best, choose one of the other glass types.
- For the best presentation and extra protection we recommend museum glass, which is anti-reflective, crystal clear and offers 70% UV protection, helping to preserve the colours of your artwork for many years.
