Lithograph which promoted the film and book Night Shadows by Thomas Burke. A famous novel set in London's Chinatown. The poster is lithographically printed by Andreasen & Lachmann, which was a Danish stone printing/lithographic establishment founded on 1 July 1911 and closed in 1958.

We are not sure when this beautiful lithograph was printed, but we are guessing late 1920s, possibly early 1930s. The book was published in Danish in 1926.

At the time of writing, you won't find the poster anywhere else on the internet, and we've never seen it before.

Condition

9/10 - A fold at the top and some edge cracks. Thick paper.
