About the frame
30×45 cm (11.81 x 17.72 in) follows the camera's 2:3 ratio and is a good choice when a favourite photo is to be printed in a size that can carry a wall on its own. The olive green frame is particularly well suited to nature photography – forest, meadow and coastal landscapes – where the colour enhances the motif's own green and sandy tones. Solid ayous wood makes the frame stable without being heavy, and the metal fittings on the back let you hang it vertically or horizontally to suit the motif.
Glass
- Acrylic glass (plexiglass) is the most durable and lightweight option and makes a 30×45 cm frame easier to hang. It is crystal clear, with reflections just like standard glass.
- Standard glass gives a sharp, clear image – ideal if you don't mind light reflections in the glass.
- If you want to reduce reflections and glare, we offer non-reflective glass, made from real glass, which ensures an even, clear view in all lighting conditions. It is slightly matte, though, so if your artwork has strong colours that should look their very best, choose one of the other glass types.
- For the best presentation and extra protection we recommend museum glass, which is anti-reflective, crystal clear and offers 70% UV protection, helping to preserve the colours of your artwork for many years.
