About the frame
61×91.5 cm corresponds to 24×36 inches and is a classic size for film posters and large American posters. The frame is made to exactly these measurements, so you do not need to trim the poster. Smoked oak gives the film poster a dark, sophisticated frame with a slightly classic cinema feel, and the 20 mm wide front forms a striking edge around the elongated motif. You can choose a 20 mm depth, which is light and discreet, or a 30 mm depth, where the frame shows more wood from the side. The front overlaps the glass and backing board by 5 mm, and the frame hangs vertically or horizontally.
Glass
- Acrylic glass (plexiglass) is especially recommended for a large format like 61×91.5 cm, as it weighs much less than glass and cannot shatter. It is crystal clear, with reflections just like standard glass.
- Standard glass gives a sharp, clear image, but makes the frame heavier in this format, so make sure you use a sturdy hanging fixture.
- If you want to reduce reflections and glare, we offer non-reflective glass, made from real glass, which ensures an even, clear view in all lighting conditions. It is slightly matte, though, so if your artwork has strong colours that should look their very best, choose one of the other glass types.
- For the best presentation and extra protection we recommend museum glass, which is anti-reflective, crystal clear and offers 70% UV protection, helping to preserve the colours of your artwork for many years.

Play with frames and passepartout
A 61×91.5 cm image takes up a lot of wall space, so the frame makes a big difference to how it comes across. With the frame designer you can try out profiles, colours and passepartouts and find the framing that suits your picture.
Choose a 61×91.5 cm frame that fits closely around the image, or go up a size and let a passepartout give the picture extra space and a more finished look. A slim profile keeps it simple and modern, a wide frame suits the large format, and a coloured frame can tie the image to the rest of your interior.
You can also upload your own picture and see the frame around it while you choose. Every change is shown instantly, so it's easy to try several directions before you decide.
