Sorrento - Il Paese degli aranci in fiore

Italian travel poster from 1947 which promoted the Italian coastal city of Sorrento, located south of Naples. The poster is made by Mario Puppo, who made many of these travel posters for ENIT. They are very popular, but we have not seen this beautiful poster before and at the time of writing can not be found on the Internet.

The poster has some discoloration, as seen in the pictures, especially on the left side. It also has a small fold and some patina.
