About the frame
Exclusive premium aluminum frame in matte black with an elegant and minimalist profile. The slightly curved front is just 6 mm wide and forms a discreet black edge around the artwork, while the 20 mm deep sides have fine grooves that give the aluminum profile structure and a more striking look from the side. A clean, high-quality frame for posters, photographs and artworks alike.
Framing and hanging
The premium frame is screwed together at the corners and has two movable hangers on the back. The included cord is used for hanging, and the hangers can be positioned as needed, so the frame can be hung both vertically and horizontally.
How to put the artwork in the frame:
- Loosen the screws in all four corners of the frame.
- Remove the two hangers from one of the short frame rails as well as the spring clips that hold the backing board in place.
- Take the short frame rail completely off.
- Slide the glass and backing board out together through the open side.
- Position the artwork between the glass and the backing board.
- Guide the glass, artwork and backing board back into the frame.
- Fit the short frame rail again, and tighten the corner screws almost all the way.
- Put the spring clips back, so the backing board is held tightly against the glass.
- Finally, tighten the corner screws completely.
Glass
You can choose between acrylic glass (plexiglass) and three types of real glass for the frame. Acrylic glass is the light and shatterproof solution, while standard glass gives a classic and completely clear framing. Non-reflective glass reduces annoying glare with its matte surface.
Museum glass is our most exclusive glass type and combines very high clarity and low reflection with at least 70 % UV protection, so the colors of the artwork are better protected against the harmful effects of sunlight.

Ordered a frame and it was shipped the next business day and I received it the day after. The frame is beautiful and was well packaged.
I love our beautiful frames from poster art and I had a fantastic experience with customer service. You can blindly trust them to deliver quality both aesthetically and ethically. Thank you very much ❤️ I will be buying all my frames from here.
Extremely good and proactive service, even though the error started with me, it was fixed quickly! And the frame is also super nice.
Bought 2 pieces of 100x140 frames and received very quick and knowledgeable guidance in choosing the type of wood based on pictures sent of where they should hang. They were delivered just a few days later and were very securely packaged. We are SO satisfied and this is not the last time we order from here 😄
Great service. Nice wooden frame with passepartout. Had also ordered a passepartout for another frame. However, I had misunderstood the instructions for measuring so it didn't fit. Posterkunst immediately offered to send a new one with the correct measurements. Very nice customer service.
