Old German world map from Norddeutcher Lloyd. Norddeutscher Lloyd was a German shipping company headquartered in Bremen, which existed between 1857 - 1970. It was one of the most important German shipping companies at the end of it 19. and the beginning of it 20th century and was instrumental in the economic development of Bremen and the Bremerhaven.
We have not seen this map before, nor can we find similar specimens elsewhere on the Internet.
